Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

1. MediXcel is an online SAAS based software from Plus91 Technologies

2. MediXcel subscription can be terminated by providing in writing or email at admin@plus91.in the intention to do so from a valid and authorized customer identity

3. As per the signed agreement the cancellation clause will be triggered and a mutual timeline will be decided to close the application and transfer the data.

4. We provide a written certificate that we have no customer data with us once all of it is destroyed/handed over as the case may be.

Refund Policy

1. Refund if applicable will be provided within 45 days to the account from which it was transferred or another duly notified customer account
2. Refunds will be provided as per the agreement terms signed between Plus91 Technologies and the customer.
