What are your support timings? What if I have an emergency outside of the support timings?
Standard Support Hours: Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 8 pm
Plus91 will provide remote support and phone-based support in case of Emergencies (E.g. Bug Severity – High / System is down) during non-standard support hours, Sundays, and the 12 standard holiday
Do you have a contact number I can call on if online support is not solving my concern?
Yes, we do have a support contact number, mentioned on the website and the Project manager/support associate will assign to you for providing timely support.
Do you provide training for MediXcel on request?
Yes, in implementation and support we will provide you 15 sessions of training (5 hours each)
Can I access a Recording of my meeting once I am done with the Tele-Consultation?
Yes, but only if if you are using a zoom/google business account
What type of Zoom Account or Gmail Account is needed for Tele-Consultation?
You can connect any zoom or Gmail account to start the teleconsultation
If you want the audio/video recording file for the consultation then the ZOOm/google business account is needed.
Can I upload documents, old report pdfs, and images for a patient into MediXcel?
Yes, you can upload external attachments such as reports, scan copies, X-ray, video recordings
All file formats are supported
How do I check if a patient is already added in the system, does MediXcel alert me if I am adding someone again?
Yes, if you are entering the patient details for which already a patient exists in the system then it will show you the pop up/notification for duplicate patient alert and an option to merge it with the existing patients records.
Can I see appointments for a week or a month?
Yes , we have different option to check the appointment calendar view such as Monthly,daily,weekly and list view
What all the Reports are available in MediXcel under MIS?
We have around 30 different reports based on specialization, billing, consultation, and schedule data
