Ultrasite handles appointments, patient profiles, referral management, report generation, bill creation allowing patients to complete their visit to the clinic faster. Ultrasite connects the dots allowing the patient-appointment flow into the billing module, and a structured reporting system which allows you to create the reports quickly. Attach the USG/X-ray images to the report and the patient is good to go. Additionally Ultrasite also allows you to fill in the PNDT form along with creating printable labels and a daily register which can be exported into Excel. A daily dashboard view with inventive use of color coding lets you know the status of each patient with respect to the billing,report generation and report delivery.

Ultrasite provides a very simple User Interface allowing doctors and clinic staff to learn quickly and go live within hours. The basic workflow is so standard it fits in with the clinics way of working. Select from a list of X-rays and Sonography procedures when adding a patient visit and the bill is created instantly. Have normal and abnormal reports stored in the software which can be accessed with ease using a structured drop-down system allowing you to zero in on the exact template you need, saving on typing time. Save the reports in the software under the name and avoid having to create a complicated list of word documents for each patient. You can also access records within seconds using the Search options provided.

Ultrasite comes with an in-built template creator, letting the clinic create its own set of templates and categorize them for ease of use. No going back to the software vendor and no wasting time, simply add the new procedure to the list.A number of similar options throughout the software ensure that it is flexible and useful to the clinic.
